Beyond the Basics: Dancing with Myself 2.0

Join Jay Sheaffer in building on your solo jazz in this three week series. This class will build on Jay's previous "Dancing with Myself" series. It is designed for experienced dancers who are not as comfortable and confident dancing alone as they are dancing with a partner. The class will focus on quality of movement of the body, rhythms and transitions. By learning technique and musicality students will build confidence dancing solo jazz at social dances. Dates: August 3, 10, 17 (3-week series) Time: 8-9pm Prerequisites: An understanding of these solo jazz movements.
