Mom & Baby Latin Dance - NEW CLASS - from 20.10

Dance, bond and enjoy joyful Latin rhythms together with your baby! Mom & Baby Latin Dance is a relaxed and playful class where the most important thing is enjoying movement, music and a special moment together. You’ll explore simple, fun choreographies inspired by salsa, bachata, cumbia, tango, milonga, reggaeton, samba and other Latin rhythms—no previous dance experience needed. Your baby can join you securely in a baby carrier or sling, be held in your arms during suitable activities, or rest and play comfortably on a mat nearby. Along the way, you’ll gently improve your fitness, coordination and confidence while your baby experiences music, rhythm and movement in a warm and stimulating environment. This is a baby-friendly class: feeding, changing, comforting and taking breaks are always welcome. There is no pressure to follow every exercise or choreography—the class adapts to the reality of being there with a baby. Suitable for mothers with babies approximately 2–10 months old.
