Not Another Practica! | Argentine Tango at Indeed Brewing A Monday-night practica for the whole Twin Cities tango community. Starting October 12, we're trying something new at Indeed Brewing. Not Another Practica! is a place to practice, dance, experiment, and connect without being defined by one school, teacher, organization, or social circle. Study somewhere else? Great. Don't belong to a school? Great. Newer to tango? Come practice. Been dancing for years? Come dance. Visiting the Twin Cities? You're welcome too. Work on something with a partner. Repeat a movement twenty times. Change roles. Social dance. Ask questions. Make mistakes. Meet people you don't normally dance with. Have a beer or something non-alcoholic and spend a Monday evening with tango. One request: This is a practica, not a class, so there is no formal instruction for someone arriving with zero tango experience. If a true beginner joins us, help us welcome them and point them toward the many educational opportunities available throughout the Twin Cities tango community rather than sending them home or turning the practica into an impromptu class. There are plenty of ways to get started, and we'd like to help people find them.
