Alky creates classes where technique, culture and musicality come together. You will work with traditional Guinean movement and rhythm while experiencing the special connection between dance, live drums and music. The level follows the people who come, so you don’t need to be an experienced dancer. Come as you are and learn at your own level. And yes — the adult classes include LIVE DRUMS most of the time, making the connection between movement, rhythm and music an essential part of the experience. From September, regular classes start: 150 kr drop-in or 400 kr for one month with membership at World Dance Academy.
